Our speech and language services are provided and billed by Upsurge Therapy Services.  We are currently accepting Medicaid, Medicare and Private Pay.   Please be aware that with any health plans, there may be deductibles and co-payments for which you could be responsible.  Co-payments are due at the time of service.  We accept: Visa, Mastercard, checks, and cash as forms of payment.
